Meghan Martinez is currently responsible for threat and vulnerability management programming and compliance (NIST/CIS). Passionate about cyber threat intelligence, security awareness training, and education and workforce development. Maintain close affiliation with Rhode Island Joint Cyber Task Force, with high commitment to public/private partnership as relates to cyber security, risk, and assurance.
Information Security Analyst currently in charge of third party penetration testing for both the enterprise and internet-facing applications. Responsible for threat identification and vulnerability management, as well as compliance mapping to NIST and CIS controls. Participates in risk assessments and evaluations based on known and potential vulnerabilities and threats facing the industry. David Marble is the President and CEO of OSHEAN Inc. in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. David brings over 30 years of experience in technology companies. He is experienced in operations planning, budget development and management as well as technical planning and project management. David is also Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Northeast Research and Education Network (NEREN) and The Quilt (The National REN coalition).
David was the co-founder and director of operations of the Association for Authentic, Experiential and Evidence-Based Learning (AAEEBL). He is a former U.S. Marine and White House cyber executive having more than 20 years of public-and-private-sector Information technology experience. Christopher has significant experience advising organizations on the alignment of IT strategy, information security and data protection in the government, financial services, natural resources, healthcare and technology sectors.
Chris’ background includes leading and managing IT and security teams to include security operations, threat intelligence, insider threat, Identity Access Management, mainframe security administration, active directory administration, vulnerability management, system hardening, and applied cryptography. He was also a computer crimes specialist at the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) providing cyber security training both nationally and internationally.
